No response from phone calls and emails.  Posting negative reviews did get some attention from Serafini's attorney,  Two letters to cease and desist.  I was telling the truth and giving my opinion, so no basis for a lawsuit.  I also told the attorney I felt a judge and/or jury would be shocked to see a $900.00 charge on the contract for triggerpoint instruction.  The attorney did not want to...

Terrible place. Adjustments don't hold. Can't get your insurance right.

They have not been in practice for 18 years. They lie to you about your insurance and trick you into signing a fraudulent contract.
This doctor should be in jail for blatantly, intentionally and knowingly deceiving patients that are suffering. STAY AWAY.
Patti and Sherrie are in on the scam. I wonder how they sleep at night (???)
