Very rude when calling to set up and appt. the NP I saw had no interest or empathy to the reason I was there. Literally she laughed at me and said I didn't have an issue as I addressed my concerns. I won't put her name out because I am in the health profession and I think it's not professional. I will find a new provider and won't recommend this clinic to anyone I know.
I've been to this clinic 2 times for my daughter physicals. I've have not had a bad experience. So far they are good �
Optometry is horrible. I had to take the glasses I bought there else where because they wouldn't fix the problem. When I asked for their policy, I was told the manager was gonna be back in a month or so. I was blamed for their poor service. I was told "you chose those glasses and they are too big for you" When clearly I asked for their opinion and if the glasses were a good fit for myself. I...
Best customer service ever pharmacy staff are the best
They have good service, the 30 minute rule when you arrive for your appointment is reliable. The patient portal is a big plus, when making appointments, prescription refills and quick scan of your lab works and medical records. All the staffs are ready to help, assist, guide you and knows what they're doing.
