I utilized Valencia Self Storage for several years to store my extra stuff when I moved out of Valencia. Overall, clean facility with easy access via the gate code (only had it once when my gate wouldn’t open for me) any time of the day. Over the few years, the cost of my storage did go up and they did give me warning for each time it did. The staff within Valencia Self Storage II was helpful...

I have been with Valencia Storage for many years. Kathryn the manager is so nice and always so accommodating that I can't imagine going anywhere else. Their customer service is so warm and they are so friendly,they really seem to always go that extra mile to help me out. They always call me so I don't pay late and get fees attached at the end of the month and its appreciated!

I've rented multiple units at this location for almost 15 years..pay in advance for 12 months...get a free month. Always clean..always open..alarmed/sprinklers...great customer service...easy...
