VERY UNPROFFESIONAL CONDUCT.Gave my mother the wrong dosage of meds ($400.30 worth out of her pocket) for a blood clot in her leg. he sent her home for five days never caught his mistake even after he looked at her records againand could not figure out why her blood was not thinning.It was the pharmacist that caught the mistake.
