Dr Vail is a kind and cheerful psychiatrist. She is very knowledgeable about medications, always paying close attention to their uses, benefits, and possible side effects. She chooses the best medications in the most appropriate amounts for my unique needs. She also gives practical sound advice that helps better my behavior as it relates to my illness, ultimately helping me to live a better life.

This woman ruined my life. She put me on antipsychotics and switched those four days in a row when she didn't see the results she wanted to see. She labeled me bipolar and sent me on my way. I continued to get worse until I finally went Houston Methodist where they told me she was wrong for doing all that and that I did NOT have bipolar disorder. It was all the meds!!
