Excellent service! I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone, so I just showed up and he fixed my broken vacuum very fast and cleaned it out for me. Thank you vac shop

Dropped off had over a month. never once did they answer the phone during that month. even went there closed a number of times during their scheduled hours. Paid 20.00 just to get vac repaired and there was no repair!!! Trying to call them and of course no answer!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Friendly at first BUT then didn't call when he said he would then I called 3 days in a row and no one answered the phone! My husband went to the store on Monday and Tuesday during listed business hours and no one was there! Angry, I went to get my vacuum, it hadn't been touched 3 days later! Don't waste your time! Took my Dyson in to have a button replaced that released the hose from the attachment that had broken off. I dropped it off in August, and just received it back today. The owner kept telling me the part was on order, and was suppose to be delivered tomorrow, every time I stopped in to check on it.
