We have had wonderful service as they have repaired our vacuum over the years. Our parts and labor were under Dyson warranty, but The Vac shop did not try to up-sell and answered our questions with knowledge. The next time our Dyson needs a part or needs a repair, not only will we suggest this company to the Dyson rep, we will request it. BTW, they carry a great pet stain remover. ( Our 3 dogs...

Hands down the Vac Shop has the best price, customer service, product's and service around! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products. This place is worth my hour drive to get there!
