Aside from numerous new bad reviews on Chef Michael Chiarello's restaurant ventures, buyers should be wary of purchasing any products, especially from his shameful business online at napastyle.com.
We were super disappointed with items that never shipped, and difficulty with their very poor customer service regarding kitchen items we purchased. We've still not received a credit on our credit card and have now disputed the charge with the merchant services company.
Don't believe me? Just google the better business bureau and see they have 28 complaints in the last 36 months, and a "shameful" F-rating.
