Worst postal service (both the office and the delivery) of any place I've ever lived. Three lost pieces of mail so far this year (it's 2/2/15). Employees are rude and tell me I should purchase insurance if I want to be sure to get my mail. I'm speechless.

This is by far the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. They have their answer machine set up to say that the office hours are 8:30-5:30, and to call back during those hours... I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 40 minutes! DURING office hours! My post has been over a week late on 3 separate deliveries. If you can help it, SEND YOUR PARCELS VIA UPS OR FEDEX. No wonder it's going out of business...

This is the most unorganized, incompetent bunch I've ever seen working at a USPS location. Multiple times our packages have been delivered to the wrong address, lost, and even when I received a notice to pick up a package at this location (as I was not home at the time), they had already sent the package back to the sender. Two business days had gone by at that point. They are supposed to wait...

I am thankful there are other delivery companies such as FedEx and UPS who treat their customers with respect and believe in the motto "the customer is always right".
