If you choose to shop the Jewelry Exchange at any of its locations, be sure what you purchase is exactly what you wan, as there is no way to return something that is unwanted. I was uninformed enough that I purchased a set of diamond ear rings for a Valentines day gift ( over $3000.00) and they did not fit right, or looked right. I attempted to return them and was told that they had a no refund policy, which was stated on the sales slip, but I could not read the fine print without my glasses and foolishly signed the slip and Credit card slip whithout being verbaly advised or without having me initial the nor refunds policy, so I am stuck with something that I ca'nt use and there is nothing I would want to exchange for. My recommendation is to shop somewhere where they have good customer service and a refund policy, like COSTCO, SEARS, WALMART, or any other reputable dealer.
