“Worst customer service from the owner JIM!!!!”

Ordered flowers from this awful place, and the person who took my order made a mistake with the date. When I called to make sure the flowers were going to arrive afterall the day after I ordered them, (decided to keep the order)the owner Jim basically did not want to hear what happened, demanded I choose if I was going to keep the order or cancel. He yelled at me, then hung up on me. Needless to say I canceled the order.
He should not be allowed to own a business and deal with the general public.
If you order flowers from this place, make sure they get the date right, and don't talk to Jim.
Hundreds of other flower shops in Dallas to order flowers from.
Now lets see if I can get my money back. He hung up on me before I could give him my last two digits of my credit card.
