The technician was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. josh also went the extra distance to find a technician in the area, with the type of water heater I wanted in his truck, got the appliance to my house and installed it right that evening. He didn't leave my house until about 7pm. I was grateful to have it installed so quickly and efficiently the same day. Thanks for the hot water Payless Water Heaters!
