When the expensive arrangement I received as a birthday gift wilted less than 24 hours after I received it, the sender called to complain. The owner agreed to send a replacement (a week later), but refused to refund the purchase price, insisted on getting the then-dead original arrangement back and had the nerve to charge a $14 delivery fee! When I called to tell her not to bother sending more flowers, as I did not want the sender to throw good money after bad, the owner insisted multiple times that the replacement was free and there would be no charge. I talked to the sender after the second delivery - he was charged after all. All the while, I had to keep the original arrangement that was dead, rotting (with the odor to prove it) and dropping dead leaves all over my desk because the owner wanted it back.
Bottom line: the owner is an unprofessional liar who will not deliver on the "100% satisfaction guarantee" listed on her website. I'm not at all satisfied and she is unwilling to make the situation right. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I have.
