“Food like mom never made...”

Cracker Barrel
Ok if you want good home cooked style country cooking this is the place to eat. They have a little puzzle at every table. Checkers for the kids and adults to play out front and inside. THeir is also a "country" type store attached with some old time favorite candies and trinkets. All the food is good. They have these Wild Maine Blueberry Pancakes that are to die for. Plus they give you their delicious Wild Maine Blueberry syrup. Prefect Dumplins. Must try the apple butter with your bisquets. Remeber apple butter has no fat.

“Steak, Steak and more steak...”

Logans Roadhouse Restaurant
This place is always packed. You get a bucket of peanuts to eat and throw the shells on the floor. Kinda cool it adds to the atmosphere. We had a good steak and potatoe dinner. I gave it only 4 stars because I still love Northwoods Inn over any steakhouse. My husband loves this place.

“Good eats...”

Old Chicago Clarksville
This place is great for the family or hanging out with the buddies. I like the way the sports bar area is nicely seperated from the regular seating. My husband and I love the service and food. They have the extra thick chicago style pizza which is my favorite. We also like the trio sampler. My husband likes the Italian Nachos and I like the garlic bread. Tried the stuff pizza once but it wasn't my thing, too much cheese. On the other hand, my husband loved the stuffed pizza.

“$12 Buff with no shine.”

A & A Nails Spa
I went in to have a manicure and my nails buff instead of painted. I was surprised I was charged $4 dollars over the posted manicure price. The regular manicure price was posted as $8 and they charged me $12. My nails were only buffed to have a little shine. Maybe I am too picky but I thought it should have lasted for more then a few days too.

Over all I was not happy with the quality or cost, but the people were very nice and welcoming.
