“Affordable High Quality Furniture”
Ikea
I have always loved the design as well as the attention to detail that Ikea has.
All this while being affordable. To be affordable they have to rely on customer self assembly, but if you like they also offer connections to some contractors to do this part if you want to pay for it. Check in store especially for kitchens and larger projects.

“Quick and competitive”
Affordable Concrete Services
Affordable Concrete Services did my driveway and back patio. They did a horseshoe driveway and connected it to my existing one and also did a completely new patio in the back of my house.
Michael came out and estimated the work as well as the times they would be able to do it. They were on time and on budget, provided good ideas for the details of the project, e.g. they left pass throughs for an irrigation system under the driveway without me asking for it which came in handy later in the project.

“Invaluable Service to Homeowners”
Angie's List
Eye opening difference when you call contractor and let them know you are subscribing to Angies list.
Allows you to review feedback and other's experiences. You get a good idea who to hire and who to leave alone.
Schould be part of any homeowners tools of services.

“Dangerous Bunch”
Aya Kitchens
Biggest mistake I made in my remodel project is to buy a kitchen from Aya. They never completed it; requested a second installation charge, then didn't do the work again. Did not return calls.
They hate customers more than cancer.
Horrible, horrible experience.
Thank god for Ikea being in town.
I documented experience on this website:

Fuel Pizza
Casual Pizza Place offering Pizza by the slice.
Their slices are big enough to fill you up. Their BBQ Chicken is my favorite
