In 2005, we had them do our engagement pics, bridal portraits, and wedding. Loved the work for 1st 2 sessions, but only have about 10 prints total. For our wedding pics- all were lost. They refused to give back deposit stating they had already spent much more to attempt to retrieve pics & promised a cd of all images they had in our file. We have yet to see it 4 years and certified letters later. Ironic though, that one of my bridal portraits was on home page last I checked. I guess I paid for them to use me for advertising. To answer the other question- I think they do their own processing, or they did when in Palestine. good luck to anyone who uses them.
