My first call to you was with Alex, who directed me to your web site, and increased my education on the service and products I was purchasing. Alex`s attitude was to educate me, for my own good, whether or not I was to ultimately use your company.What can I say, other than Thank You!. It's not often anymore that you find a service contractor who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but that is obviously exactly what you did.
The amazing thing was that the coils were dirty and were covered by a matting of dog hair, dust and whatever. A matted mess that had accumulated over 10 years and had caused the unit to fail and become terribly inefficient. Dave then proceeded to clean the system and put it back together.
