n a nut shell, I bought a cal king bed with 2 dressers. They delivered and set up the bed but it was a different King and the wrong size. I called them for 10 months to pick it up and replace. They finally picked it up 2 months ago. They said they would replace the bed with the correct size. No prob, I thought. They didn't have the same bed so I am fine with something that matches the dressers....

Product are below average and customer service is the worst. I bought a bed room set, and I am happy with that. I bought a bunch of electronics which no longer work and I am paying finance charges on. My HP laptop is under warranty yet they refuse to send it to HP for replacement instead they send it to their repair guy who also stinks. HP said to send it in to them to fix it. My Gateway...
