SAM, the manager, was rude to my daughter when she returned with a stroller which had a part loose. He treated her roughly and wouldn't let her talk or explain herself. It was a 2008 Perego Stroller..no small purchase BUT he made it crystal clear that the store policy would stand and she was stuck with that stroller!) She was upset and she called me ( I paid for the stroller over the phone)...

If I would have had a option of rating this vendor with NO STARS, I would...The customer service is terrible and the store owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. After placing an order for more than $1800 worth of nursery furniture, they told me delivery would cost $130 when I placed my order.A month and a half later I returned to pay off the balance and schedule delivery...

USA Baby is all show and sell, with non-existent customer service after the sale. We were completely snowed--and I hope you won't be. I gave this store one star ONLY because there is no option to give it zero.
The showroom has lots of choices and ideas. We bought about $2,000 worth of furniture from there, and were completely excited to have it arrive and prepare our first-born's nursery.
