Passport service a disgrace. Customer service is nonexistent. In fact, they are downright rude. There isn't any incentive to work efficiently and expeditiously. At their closing hour, they dismiss everyone in line regardless of having been waiting for hours. If they were required to attend to everyone that was in line at their closing hour perhaps they would speed up their efforts. The other...
Terrible, terrible, terrible service at the PASSPORT OFFICE, been on the line for 5 hours from 10:30am up to 3:45pm just 1 person attending a 1 customer every 35 to 40 minutes , also they are rude and very, very slow , no chairs, no bathrooms, terrible service, dirty place .
Terrible service extremely slow. Passport lady rude and working by herself. 45 minutes per person. In this location They are only attending passport for kids and they don't realize that kids can't stay still for 5 hours waiting. No chairs, no bathrooms awful place to get a passport.

Only one employee in the passport dept. with estimated 20 people standing in line. More attention is given to hobos on the street. Worst service ever.
