I must agree this place has the best sushi i have found in the area
without having to drive up to Seattle. The chef prepares the sushi
right in front of you. They have a full menu of Japanese dishes,
but i always prefer the sushi. Excellent and friendly service
make this a top notch restaraunt.

This place has excellent sushi, the best in town. Everything
is prepared to order and right in front of you so its always fresh.
If you dont like sushi they have plenty of Japanese choices for
you. The staff is just as good as the food. Excellent place to eat.

Osaka's is probably Olympia's best sushi and japanese food.
The sushi bar is a fun experience, and all of the waiters/waitresses
are incredibly nice and make it an excellent japanese experience.
The food is tasty. They have all sorts of cool sushi to choose from, nothing
you will find at your grocery stores sushi counter. Try the "caterpiller"
roll for a non-threatening but awesome experience...

This restaurant has the best sushi bar in the county! The sushi
chef prepares everything to order, right before your eyes. Truly
an art-form, and very fresh and delicious! They also have many
classic and authentic Japanese dishes, but I always go for the
sushi! Excellent service, excellent food, I can't give it a higher
recommendation.
