Staff is okay for the most part, one or two have an attitude, but I would too working in that nuthouse.. Main problem is location, there is minimal parking, after you finally find a place to park and walk a block, you get to stand in a long line waiting for the one or two busy clerks to deal with customers whom mainly can't understand English......meanwhile one clerk is busy spending an hour...

For over one month i've been trying to fix my new adress change!! Went in person, then 3weeks later nothing yet! Spoke to the delivery supervisor about my mail still beening delivered to my old adress 3 weeks have gone by and nothing has been done!!!!! wtf!

Worst Customer Service, all I wanted to know was what time I could come in and purchase a PO Box, the lady answered then phone with an attitude and told me that if I couldn't get there by 5

00 I was out of luck, I told her that people work 9am to 5pm and proceeded to ask her if it was available by purchase on Saturdays, she raised her voice and said "I told you to be here before 5pm" good thing UPS and FedEx and the internet will eliminate some of these rude government workers who take their good government job for granted.

I moved out of Berwyn in August. I have had to fill out the form to get my mail sent to my new address two times. I still have to go to my old address to pick up mail that is still being delivered there.
