My complaints is with the administrative part and the corporation.
When I left I paid the co-pay and asked for a copy of the bill for services. I was told I had to wait 48 hours and call the corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia. I did and after navigating thru several options for 10 minutes I gave up. Months later I received a statement showing I owed $25. Called back and explained the above and they told me they would send me copy what the insurance denied. I did not receive anything except for "Final Request For Immediate Payment" with the threath to send it to a collection agency - So I will pay the $25 and will NEVER GO BACK. Hope this complaint steers people away from this place. It was much better before it was bought out by the BIG Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff is great but get here as soon as they open or right before they close or you're going to wait minimum 2 hours. No bueno!!
Have a picture ID and employer info ready. Lady at the front desk is nice!
I finally found my family doctor. The young ladies, nurses and doctors were a delight. See you soon for annul check-up. See you soon Kim and Niki, ill bring the cookies you like.
Don't use bad language.. just saying those young ladies are sweethearts.
