Find another bank

This particular US Bank is AWFUL!! The service is the WORST. They will purposly ignore you in the drive thru and at the counter. ( I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes while two of the associates at the window were talking. When I honk my horn at them, they lowered the shade. This was around 8am in the morning (they open in the drive thru at 7:30a). You will not find more rude people!!...

Do Not Bank Here

This is the worst bank I have ever used. The bank manager Bev, who says she has 30 years of experience, can't seem to explain charges on accounts to any satisfaction. She will talk in circles trying to throw you off so you will give up. She is very rude. Don't go to this bank or anyUS bank for that matter. I dion't want to even give a star, but this makes you!
