I simply go to this branch for some basic banking and I am turned off completely by the customer service. No one is focused and no one really does care about your needs as a banking customer....

Called the bank to open an account and they told me to come on down. Walked over 30 mins from The Strip to the branch. When I got there they refused to help me cause bank was closing in 20 mins...
