Poor customer service don't return phone calls when inquireing about a vehicle thats being serviced.while my vehicle was being serviced offered me a rental car at my expence no loaners even though my vehicle is under warranty not helpfull at all just worried about there payment and nothing else won't buy or reffer my worste enemy to them.
The service department was the worst I have ever experienced. I brought in a 2015 Chrysler 200 to get the oil changed the tires rotated and two recalls taken care of. The associate at the counter estimated my wait to be 3 hours I waited 6 1/2 hours before it was finally finished. Then when it was finished my bill was way more then they said it would be when I scheduled my appointment they gave...
Great dealership my entire family. and a lot of friends do business with urse and have never had a complaint. Great with prices,service and the best customer service. I always say urse is the only real mopar dealership in West Virginia.
The service department is the worst! I bought a car here a little over a year ago and I've had nothing but problems with the service department! If you need a repair be prepared to wait a month before they can get you in, then when they tell you it will take them 2 days to fix it that means you will be waiting a week! There awful! Will never buy from here again!
