Finally, a place that returns calls

I get so upset when companies say they will call me back - then dont.

That's why I was plesantly surprised when Urban Insurance did in fact call me right back to answer my questions about my claim.

I was not sure which papers were from My company and which ones were from the guy that hit me. I think the other guy's company was trying to screw me and make it part my fault.Judy called me and had me read each paper to her. Then she called Unique Insurance for me- then the other guys company.

After 4 calls, I had the whole claim settled and I got me money from the other company and did not have to pay out any money first.

My sister told me to call Urban insurance, now I'm telling YellowBot.

Two weeks before Christmas, State Farm dropped me, I googled car insurance il Illinois, Found a super long list of spots, I picked out 6 that got good reviews. Of those This Urban car insurance place was the cheapest of them all by more than $320.00.
I was then able to get the insurance and a new wii fitness for my daughter.
I'm happy, my daughter is thrilled.

Every time I turn on the TV there are adds for car insurance. Now suddenly all the adds are funny. (When did car insurance get to be so funny.) I checked Geico, Progressive, AIG, and non of them were as low as Urban Auto Insurance. Not even close.
My State Farm policy was $1,285.00/ 6 months, Geico wanted to charge me $1,450. But Urban Insurance quoted me $738 for 6 months. Wow! I never knew the price change so much from one place to another.

Easy to do, Just did it all on line.
