Uptown Locators

Very Unprofessional Staff and Experience was definately worst business since moving to Dallas

Recently was approved for a condo in the Oak Lawn area. When showing some fellow co-workers my new place since their leases are up, an agent from Uptown Locators was extremely rude to us and treated us very unprofessional and my coworkers wondered why I would live somewhere where they considered hiring staff like that. Maybe be a great place and offer nice condos, but the staff was the worst. Then when I called to speak to a manager, I was advised he would call back and never did and then the representative started spreading lies. I am just glad I had my witnesses and I would NEVER recommend Uptown Locators to anyone. Every sensible business person knows that word of mouth is the best sales tool. I was sharing a great experience and then Uptown Locators happened. My coworkers went home and would never consider living at this condos and I had never been so embarrassed in my live by such POOR lack of knowledge, service, and committment to the consumer.

Extremely poor service. Leasing agent does not great but rather ran to the door when she saw four of us who happen to be Latino come to the door.
