I took my computer in for virus clean up. Once we got the computer back it was doing stuff it wasn't originally doing like shutting down in the middle of using it and saying it could not install update. We took it back and after a couple of days of not hearing from them, we decided to make a trip up there to check on the laptop. They handed it back to us and said they did a diagnostic and everything checked out. Really?!!! I checked their BBB record before I went over there. My Toshiba laptop's power connector was broken, they fixed it for $130 in three days. Price is right and service is good.

The worst techs in America. I gave them money ...gave them money....for nothing!! The first tech I spoke to understood that my lap top powers down every time I moved..he was sure it was in the power source or the connection on the back of the computer.
