James answered my call at 6:45 am very politely and friendly. He was at my apt within 25 minutes to unlock my car in no time. The cheapest fee around, and the nicest locksmith I've ever met! He made everything so easy. I will definitely call him again should I need to, but will suggest him to friends as well. 100% pleased with Upstate Auto Unlock!

Outstanding! Locked our keys in our trunk at 5pm on a Sunday. Had our 2 year old son with, and the store had just closed. So, nowhere to get out of the heat. 1% left on my cell. Called UAU, and he had our car unlocked within 30 mins. Great service! I highly recommend UAU. Thank you. You're a lifesaver.
