I miss the downtown store. The tall man who works at the Mooney store does not greet customers or make eye contact and isn't friendly. He does not thank customers for their business and doesn't have any people skills. UPS should have a friendly person in front and have this man working behind the scenes. They can all use some customer service skills, especially this tall stone-faced man.

Will NEVER go into this store again, they are rude and bad mouth the other store (whom I normally do business with) the owner of this store should look into firing some of their employees!!
As a small business owner myself (for 15 years) I know the challenges that I have faced and the LAST thing I needed was someone talking me down! I will continue my support at the UPS Store at 120 south chruch street!!!
