They were very efficient but not very friendly.I think people who are making money off of my transactions can at least pretend to appreciate it.Not sure why business owners are less than friendly - perhaps they don't know consumers have choices..I will use this location only if necessary.

My mother took a box to this UPS store to mail using my account. Manager Bob, was very unfriendly to my mother from the very beginning. He answered her questions in a rude manner. He kept insisting that she ship the box overnight while she kept saying no she wants it to go ground. He then handed her a 2day air slip and said, "fill this out". Mr. "Slick" Bob knew that he was sending the package...
