I sent my wife over to this store to simply send a standard envelope to Dallas TX, two day priority mail. At the Post Office, this is an $18 expense. From this UPS Store, it cost her $55.83. I had this UPS store fax important documents for me today. They charged me $50. The person I was faxing it to said that the fax was unreadable and smudged and that i needed to resend it. When I went back to get reimbursed or to have them resend it they refused. They did say they could scan it and email it instead and I agreed to that. This store is exceptional in all aspects. The owners and their employees are always professional and they truly care about their customers. My printing needs are always met with reasonable prices and a quick turnaround. If I have a package delivery to my mailbox, I am notified through my email!
