Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the gate was already down. I knocked---they turned the lights off!!! The worst!!!

Rude guy working there didn't give me a receipt for my package. A week and a half later and it hasn't reached its destination. I'm not convinced the asshole didn't steal it. Seriously go to one of...

Racist clerk, rudely told me that computer costs money in a scolding manner. Of course it costs money, I was ready to pay. I went to another UPS 30 minutes away and paid to print there instead...

I saw the one star and I thought to myself, 'it can't be that bad' oh boy. at places like UPS where you go for service rather than food, products, etc, you really look for the customer service....
