I've shipped a number of things from this UPS store and everything has arrived on time or ahead of schedule. But they are PRICEY for anything other than UPS shipping (which isn't cheap). And nickle and dimey too - I bought a padded envelope and the guy rang it up for 5 cents cheaper than it was marked. When he noticed his mistake after I paid he asked me for another 5 cents! I guess UPS stores are the same everywhere. This one is store #3878. There were two guys there, both kind of flustered looking and hassled, but they helped me as soon as I was ready to purchase the stuff I wanted.
