AWFUL !!!! dont waste your time or money

the store in cartersville , ga. has no customer service . I shipped a package to south korea for my son which is in Us Armry and was given a tracking number, but when I attempted to track , was unavailable, the store stated that package was untrackable, then why was I given a tracking number?
Just go to USPS , its even cheaper , thats right , your local post office
