Incompetent moron runs this place. They delivered a package to me by mistake. But they won't let me ship it to the correct company by using that company account and permission, They insist I have to establish an account and pay for it then get re-imbursement.Heck it was their mistake, so why should anyone have to pay anyway!

Insisted their change to my mailing address was right, the package was returned undeliverable, and they wanted to charge me full price to resend. Not knowledgeable and poor customer service. Yea FedEx!
