I am really tired of UPS either not shipping on time or not knocking when they have a package that needs a signature. My husband is a writer and is home all the time. So, if the delivery person would bother to KNOCK, he or she would be able to deliver the package, instead of making me drive 10 miles after work to their warehouse and wait in line to pick it up.

I have been trying for about 4 days now to have a packages delivered. Well, thanks to the gross incompetency of someone at this location, one of my packages is now on its way to Louisiana. Good job!. I will never do business with UPS or any business that uses UPS.

I sell a lot on various auction sites and occasionally use UPS. I've never had any problem with the employees at this location, and they are usually very friendly. Can't always same the same for the local post office.

I had two packages stolen by a ups driver.

Unlike the us postal service...ups is not punished with a federal crime if they take your packages.

UPS has no real motivation to provide good service to you.

they know that they are a major provider and that you will have few other options so they have no reason to give good service.

The postal service delivers to your home every single day and they ship for much cheaper than ups.

I no longer ship with ups.

$3500 worth of medication TRASHED!

My sons' VERY perishable medication was left under a shed on the side of my house. The package was NOT left in plain sight nor was there any sort of notification as to where the package was left. When I contacted the shipper the next day to ask why it had not been delivered yet, I was told it had been left under the ""carport"". Because this medication is so perishable, it can not be stored below 36 degrees, last night the temp was 18 degrees! $3500 worth of medication is now TRASH! Thank goodness the manufacturer is going to replace the medication at no charge to us. The delivery driver...
