I called to have an order returned to me and within 1 hour had the problem solved and now they cannot reverse the return to sender order. They state this is due to security reasons... I call BS on that because I paid to send the package in the first place! I will NOT be using UPS again!!!!

I order a carseat for my son off of Amazon and this place still has the shipment I'm really starting to get mad they have not delivered it! I know now to never order and use ups!!!

This facility made a 3-5 day delivery into a 15-20 day one... Use USPS, FedEx or just drive the package yourself to its destination. It definitely will be faster.

My delivery from Amazon.con is in the twilight zone of this place. Thinking of closing my account and never buying anything online again. Between ups and USPS , I'am done!

This facility has had my package since 12/18/14. It is now 12/24/14. They never contacted me...nothing. How can my package be lost in their f'n warehouse for 7 days!! Ruined my christmas. I will never ship ups again
