Great people and great workouts . Can't say too many good things about the gym. Every coach is amazing and available to help you every step of the way. More like a family then just a gym. Check it out. You won't be disappointed . Joined a few months ago , quit my other gyms and not disappointed. I wish I had time in my schedule to be there every day.

Since the change in management has been great. It's nice having coaches who actually coach. It's a great environment. Lots of enthusiasm. I've been to many different crossfits boxes and I would recommend this one to my friends. Great class environment.

The coach change others talked about is the reason my wife and I left after 8 months of loyal training at CFU. I train hard 4-7 days a week. After our favorite coaches left, and after the owner shuffle, CFU doesn't have the experience to help me get where I want to be. If your looking for experience and from your coaches check out other places in the area. I'm posting from personal experience.
