Student Housing made up of mostly 4 bedroom Townhomes. Three levels of living, with shared kitchen, l living room and half bath on the main floor. Second floor has two big bedrooms and a full bathroom. Third floor has two more big bedrooms and a large storage room for all to share. There are few 3 bedrooms, efficiencies and 1 bedrooms available.
You get what you pay! Spacious bedrooms and a unique layout. Enjoy that the kitchen is so open. For the price I recommend them
It is a nice place to live for college students. They do a good job plowing in the winter. There also is a free bus that runs to campus.
Although very cheap living at 250$ a month. The landlords and maintenance are difficult to work with. Only one burner on my stove works and the dishwasher is broken, they won't replace it without using my deposit money. The previous renters deposit should have covered these issues. On the bright side there is campus transportation and a pool :)
