Very close to Shoot arena this is a convention hotel that has tons of space for this sort of thing. Good snacks, clean accomodations and friendly staff. I prefer chains but this is good too.

First the best part, the staff tries... The room is dusty, the towels are small and rough, the carpets need a shampoo, the restuarant tables are sticky, the bedspread had stains, it's not near the campus (unless you have a shortcut throught the graveyard) The location next to the river is scenic if your rooms face that way. Stayed here for a function at Ohio State. Not really within walking distance of the campus if it is cold out. But, definitely doable on game day.
