For the most part, UT El Paso is a small and safe campus. The tuition may be rising, but it has yet to reach a point where students are going to cry when they open their student loan bills.

However, a very common description of the university being labled as "diverse" is a misnomer. "Bi-cultural" is a more fitting term. There is some diversity, but wth the school being predominantly... more

Do not attend this school at all costs, you will be deeply disappointed wasting four years of your life. The campus is run down, the library is not up to date with the newer technology as compared to other schools. The students are snobs, unfriendly people who have a stick up their butt.
