I don't think you need to defend the rightousness of individual sales folks at the UOP. The issue is the sales tactics of the UOP.
The U.S. Department of Education report on the UOP is quite clear in its condemnation of UOP tactics(not UOP sales folks). It does not criticize the few bad apples, but rather the UOP, who it says, "systematically operates in a duplicitious manner." (that means...
