Help us make it rightLived here for about a year and I thought it was great; definitely good prices on rooms and the walk to campus is a piece of cake. Service was great and they really care about their renters. Amenities like the pool and gym are super.
Old apartment is old. This place is falling apart. They turn off the water like 5 days every week in the name of repairs. I would leave this place right now if I could. $1000 rent is way too much for a ramshackle place like this.

Its a more or less OK place. Nothing really good to write about. Yes, the place is old and there's leaves etc lying near the pools most of the time. The parking is decent. The construction quality especially the windows are bad, they jam up..the netting is very flimsy too.
Management consists of one woman currently drawing insanity pay from Social Security who looks like and smells like a strung-out druggie of the lowest order. Owners care nothing for the property or the tenants except for their bottom line. Many MUCH BETTER alternatives in the riverside campus area than this dilapidated rat-hole.
