This place is the worst. Dealing with the people in the office is frustrating and gets you no where. They very unfairly kept most of my daughter's security deposit charging her for one forth of replacing a window blind and cleaning common area carpet but didn't charge the other girls. Not only that. this is my second year here (planning on living here next year too) and it has been an excellent experience. it's extremely affordable which is a great plus and the layout is very cozy and spacious. Maintenance and office staff are cooperative and helpful. satisfied resident!

I've lived here for two years and have been very happy with this apartment complex overall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance usually fixes any issues we have within a day or two. It's a relatively quiet and safe place to live and I especially like that we have a guard overnight, every night. Uclub is definitely a chill place to live!

Honestly, I don't see why people complain. It's a nice apartment that is very spacious. Rent is good. It comes with a tv and maintenance responds very quickly. Other places can't say all those things and the people complaining don't see that until they move and have to pay a significantly higher amount for equal or less quality places.
