Car showed up 1 hour late for pick-up and dirty! Prom ended at 12 and after having to call parents to pick up the children at 1:15, the driver had the nerve to show up at 1:30am while the children were getting into the parents car! Left them waiting for 1 1/2 hours after the event ended! Only offered a free ride instead of a refund! Still waiting for a return call from the owner! Bad Company AVOID! While the driver was an hour late and we were on the phone with dispatch, we were then told to walk over a mile to find the driver. As we finally got there, dispatch was not happy that we were upset with them and told the driver to leave. We were stranded! All of our belongings were still in the limo and refused to get us our items. Had to wait 2 days for it. But thru all this told us they were a professional company.... Not really! Would NEVER recommend them!
