They had my last honest review removed so I can't tell the whole story, but awful customer service and does not get rid of the pest problems. You'll need to pay an additional exterminator because they do not treat the problem fully

I have used JP McHale for almost ten years now and have found them to be completely reliable, courteous, and friendly! I was afraid that because of the size and location of my house that I would be over-charged, but to my great surprise, their rates are very, very competitive even compared to the independent guys. Great company!
