Started at Universal Crossfit 2 weeks ago. I love it! After a 2 week induction Monday thru Thursday 8 pm to 9 pm or late...r. I did a Saturday workout with Kam and all I can say is OUCH! But in a good way. Looking forward to working out next week. See More
