A car was delivered to Greg Brutskiy,he was informed that his shop was not on the insurance companies preferred list and the car would be picked up to be towed to another shop. No paperwork was signed,no agreement to do ANY work what so ever was established. The next day the insurance company calls and states Mr. Brutskiy had begun to dismantle the vehicle without any permission by the owner or insurance company. This is all before an insurance adjuster had evaluated the vehicle... CUSTOMER beware!!!! P.S. That isnt even a picture of his shop...
